The North College corridor in Fort Collins has been a work in progress for as long as I can remember.
With so much development potential, it is only a matter of time before action happened.

This will be the first LEED ND development in Fort Collins. It will have geothermal heat and cooling for the entire development.
The homes for sale in this neighoborhood will range from $110,000 - to $250,000.
