Over the last week Larimer County Real Property sent out the notice of valuations to property owners. This includes property owners in Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park.
All residential and commercial real properties are reappraised every two years in the odd-numbered year. For the 2009 reappraisal, all properties are valued according to the real estate markets as they were on June 30, 2008. Protests will be heard by the Assessor’s office from May 1 through June 1.
