Marketing of Vacant Commercial Space
Signs are displayed in all of our vacant commercial spaces with clearly visible contact information and property showings are scheduled through our commercial real estate division at Centralized Showing Service (CSS). In addition, all of our properties which contain vacant space are marketed on-line via four Web sites:

• Costar – The industry’s most comprehensive commercial real estate database with more than 2 million properties
• Xceligent - a nationwide provider of property and listing information for the commercial real estate industry.
• Loopnet – LoopNet operates the largest and most heavily trafficked commercial real estate listing service online with more than 2.2 million registered members and 920,000 unique visitors monthly.
• IRES – the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for northern Colorado. This service alone distributes all of our property listings to over 5000 brokers, appraisers and support staff along the front range of Colorado.

Construction Coordination and Property Maintenance
Construction oversight and management is provided for clients with an agreement to modify the property design. Custom tenant finishes can be negotiated into the terms of your lease. Plumbing, electric, drywall, HVAC, snow removal, and landscaping services can all be arranged and in place so that our clients can focus on running their businesses.

Online accounting reports and online bill payments are also available for the convenience of our commercial property tenants. Check the status of your account or make a rental payment at any time, day or night.
