Fort Collins has a population of 141,104 with 24% of residents over the age of 50. Sometimes it seems that the Fort Collins Real Estate market is on an island. Other times, like now, it seems to meld right into the macro picture.
The Fort Collins homes sales trend for this last year Spring did exactly what the nations did.
The majority of the sales moved into May/June instead of July/August. This was a function of the First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit, which expired at the end of May 2010.
